Ordering channel

If you order via Etsy, shipping and returns follow the policies shown on the Etsy listing. If you order via the Inquiry/Contact form, details are confirmed by email before payment/shipment.

Shipping

• Processing time depends on the item (in‑stock vs made‑to‑order). The exact estimate is confirmed per order.
• We ship with tracking when available.
• You are responsible for any import duties/taxes charged by your country (if applicable).

Returns

• Because items are often unique or made‑to‑order, returns may be limited. Any exceptions are handled case‑by‑case.
• If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and the item.
